Up for Auction is this Adorable Vintage Hand Painted Face Porcelain "Joyful Baby" Blonde Baby Girl with Jointed arms, legs By Show Stoppers In Original Box. Doll has a small stain or yellowing toward the bottom of the dress on the left hand side (see pics), but easily cleaned up by the new buyer.  Baby have never been removed from the box. The Box is in Excellent Condition. The doll, Flowers, pillow and inside of the box are in great condition (with the exception of the above mentioned).
